I did a quick search and I couldn't find anything specifically speaking to this one.
I ran a "show problems" and one of my original zones came up, with a room that was going Nowhere.  I double checked my map; there should be a north exit.  Here's what I saw when I checked the room.

Tall trees are so close to each other that they seem to form a solid wall of
wood, casting deep shadows in their path.  Grass grows in the narrow spaces
between each tree trunk.  A smooth road of rounded stones leads into the depths

However, when statting the room, the north exit is supposed to be there, but it's been changed to NONE.

When I go the room that should be the north exit from here, that room is correct.

Weeds cover the ground in a thick entwined tangle alongside the road, their
vine-like stems weaving around each other as if laying a netted trap.  It would
be very easy to become ensnared in the vines, and lingering is probably not the
wisest of ideas.
